Since its inception in 1993, Freedom Fabrication has sought out talented individuals to help further its mission: to create innovation empowering orthopedics. Over the years, several of our technicians have gone on to start up their own central fabrication businesses, or become practitioners themselves.

We have an apprentice program, where we take talented individuals from industries with transferable skill sets, such as auto body repair, cabinetry, finish & trim carpentry, carpet laying and other construction industry trade positions.
